Welcome to Raptify! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Raptify platform (“Service”), operated by RoushTech, LLC (“we”, “us”, or “our”).
By accessing or using Raptify, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding agreement to use Raptify. If you are accessing the Service on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
2. Account Registration
To access most features of Raptify, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Use of Service
You may use Raptify to monitor your own Shopify storefront(s), or those you are authorized to manage (e.g., as an agency). You agree not to:
Use the Service for unauthorized scraping or abusive monitoring.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of any part of the Service.
Interfere with the integrity or performance of the Service or related systems.
4. Pricing and Billing
Pricing plans, usage limits, and billing terms are provided within the Service and subject to change. By subscribing, you agree to pay all applicable fees and charges in accordance with your selected plan. Optional usage-based billing (e.g., for storage or scanning volume) may also apply.
All charges are non-refundable unless stated otherwise or required by law.
5. Intellectual Property
All content and software provided by Raptify is owned by or licensed to us. You retain ownership of your store’s data and performance reports, but we reserve the right to use anonymized, aggregated data to improve the Service.
6. Feedback and Marketing Rights
You may choose to provide suggestions or feedback. We may use this without obligation to you. Unless you opt out in writing, you grant us permission to use your name and logo in customer lists, case studies, or promotional materials.
7. Privacy
Our handling of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not collect or analyze your store’s customer data. We may collect usage logs and performance metrics strictly for monitoring, support, and product improvement.
8. Service Availability
We strive to provide continuous uptime but do not guarantee availability. Features may change or be discontinued at any time.
9. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms or misuse of the Service. Upon termination, you will lose access to stored scan data.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee improvements to your store’s speed or performance, nor that the metrics provided are free from error.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RoushTech, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Raptify. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the past 12 months.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. If changes are material, we will notify you via the app or email. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
